Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd. for your web development project. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreements governing your project. Please review this document thoroughly before making the initial payment (50% deposit). Retain a copy of this agreement for your records. These Terms and Conditions, along with any accompanying correspondence and an approved Project Proposal, form a binding agreement between you, the client, and Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd.

Authorization

By engaging Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd., located at SB-5-1, Menara Paragon @ Pan’gaea, Persiaran Bestari, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon payment of the deposit, the agreement is deemed valid.

Project Elements

The project’s total price and details are specified in your approved Proposal. Please refer to the Proposal for comprehensive project information.

Maintenance and Hourly Rate

• Minor webpage maintenance for the first 14 days post-completion (e.g., link updates or minor text changes) is included in this agreement.
• Beyond the specified limits, additional maintenance will be billed at RM 45/hour, with a one-hour minimum.
• For frequent updates, please contact us for a custom maintenance package.

This rate also applies to tasks such as:

• Website design or editing.
• Marketing consultation.
• Database modifications.
• Photo or graphic editing.
• Programming and scripting.

Religious Views

We respect all religions and maintain a strict policy against any content, images, or activities that are anti-Islam or disrespectful toward any religion. As a company, we adhere to ethical practices and will not engage in creating or managing websites that promote haram activities, including alcohol, zina, or adult contents. We are committed to upholding values that foster mutual respect and cultural sensitivity.

Changes to Submitted Text

Please provide finalized text for your website. Substantial changes to submitted text after construction will be billed at RM 45/hour.

Web Hosting

Use of Inleads’ web hosting services signifies acceptance of the associated Web Hosting Terms and Conditions.

Completion Date

Both parties will collaborate to complete the project promptly. The client is responsible for providing complete content (text, graphics, and other materials not created by Inleads) in a timely manner.

Assignment of Project

To ensure timely delivery, Inleads may assign subcontractors to work on this project.

Limitation of Liability

Inleads is not liable for damages, including lost profits or savings, resulting from the operation or inability to operate the website unless such damages have been previously communicated.

Copyrights and Trademarks

The client guarantees ownership or proper licensing of all materials provided to Inleads for the project. The client indemnifies Inleads against any claims regarding these materials.

Compliance with E-Commerce Laws

The client is responsible for complying with laws, taxes, and tariffs related to electronic commerce. Inleads is not liable for claims arising from non-compliance.

Client and Third-Party Modifications

Inleads is not responsible for issues caused by client or third-party modifications to the website. Repair work will be billed at RM 450/hour.

Copyright and Ownership

Upon final payment:

• Ownership of the website, including design, graphics, and assembled content, is transferred to the client.
• Licensed software or components integrated into the website remain the property of their respective owners.
• Inleads retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Domain names purchased through Inleads become the client’s property after the invoice is fully paid.

Payment of Fees

• 50% deposit is required before project commencement.
• 25% payment is due upon design approval.
• Final 25% payment is due upon project completion, granting the client content management access.

Inleads reserves the right to suspend website visibility if payments are delayed. Any collection-related fees will be borne by the client.

Sole Agreement

This agreement, along with the approved Proposal and relevant correspondence, constitutes the sole agreement between Inleads and the client. Changes or additional work must be authorized in writing.

Initial Payment

The 50% deposit must be made as per the approved Proposal. Payments can be made to Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd. via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
