Refund Policy

At Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd., we strive to deliver exceptional web development and IT services to meet our clients’ needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below, we outline our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

• A refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of this agreement.
• To initiate the refund process, clients must send a certified letter to the Director of Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd., at:
  SB-5-1, Menara Paragon @ Pan’gaea, Persiaran Bestari, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Refund Calculation

• If work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client will be billed for the work completed at the rate of RM 80/hour, up to the total project cost outlined in the approved proposal.
• Refunds will only apply to the unused portion of the initial payment after deducting the cost of completed work.

Limitations on Refund

• Refunds are not applicable once the project has reached 50% completion or beyond.
• Expenses incurred for third-party services, such as domain registration, hosting, or licensed software, are non-refundable.

Legal Jurisdiction

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, specifically the jurisdiction of Selangor.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Entire Agreement

This Refund Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions, approved project proposal, and any associated correspondence, constitutes the entire agreement between Inleads IT Solution Sdn. Bhd. and the client. Amendments to this policy can only be made through a written agreement signed by both parties.
